Terms of Service

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use LootPeak with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made.

LootPeak sells virtual, in-game items (seeds, pets, and gear) for the Roblox experience Grow a Garden 2. All items are digital goods delivered to your in-game mailbox — no physical products are shipped.

LootPeak is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developer of Grow a Garden 2. All game names and assets referenced are the property of their respective owners.

When you check out, you provide your Roblox username, Discord username, and email so we know where to deliver your order. You are responsible for making sure this information is accurate — we deliver to the Roblox username provided at checkout, and cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect username you supplied.

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 minutes of a completed payment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally take longer during high demand or in-game maintenance.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. LootPeak never sees or stores your full card details. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• File a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team
• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Site or the game to obtain items you did not pay for
• Resell, impersonate, or misrepresent your relationship with LootPeak

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or ban access for violations of these Terms, at our discretion.

The Site and the items sold through it are provided “as is.” We do not control the Grow a Garden 2 game itself and are not responsible for changes the game developer makes that affect the value, function, or availability of any item after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LootPeak’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
