Refund Policy

Once an item has been successfully delivered to the Roblox account you provided at checkout, the sale is final. Because the item can be used or traded in-game immediately, we cannot reverse a delivery the way a store might accept a return.

You are entitled to a refund if:

• Your order was paid for but never delivered within a reasonable time and our team could not resolve the delivery issue
• You received a different item than the one you purchased, due to an error on our end
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The charge on your card was unauthorized (please contact us before disputing with your bank — see below)

• The item was delivered to the Roblox username you provided, even if that username was entered incorrectly
• You changed your mind after an item was already delivered
• The in-game value or usefulness of an item changed after delivery due to a game update outside our control

Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase on Discord or by email with your order reference (the Stripe order ID shown on your confirmation page or email) and a description of the issue. Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first — most problems can be resolved faster this way than through your bank. Filing a chargeback for an order without contacting us may result in the associated Roblox account being banned from future purchases.
