Privacy Policy

When you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects, on our behalf:

• Your email address
• Your Roblox username
• Your Discord username
• Your payment details (card number, etc.) — LootPeak never sees or stores your full card details; this is handled entirely by Stripe

Before checkout, the items in your cart are stored only in your browser (local storage) so your cart is saved between visits. This cart data stays on your device and is never sent to us until you check out.

• To deliver your order to the correct Roblox account
• To contact you about your order if there's an issue
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Stripe — to process your payment (subject to Stripe's own privacy policy)
• Supabase — our database provider, used to securely store order records so our team can process and deliver your order
• Our internal Discord — a summary of each new order (item, username, email) is posted to a private team channel so we know to deliver it. This is internal to our team, not a public or customer-facing channel.

We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We use industry-standard providers (Stripe, Supabase) and take reasonable steps to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Grow a Garden 2 is popular with a young audience, but LootPeak is not intended for use by children without the involvement of a parent or guardian who authorizes any purchase. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.

You can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to what we’re legally required to keep (for example, financial records).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
